Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-2 Tablespoon peanut oil
- 1/4 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup frozen corn
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons chili sauce
- 2-3 green onions, thinly sliced
- sesame oil
Directions
Fry the eggs in a pan and remove to a plate. Heat the oil until it shimmers, then add the peas and corn. Stir fry 1-2 minutes. Add the rice and stir through. Fry 3-5 minutes. Add the eggs, soy and chili sauce, and stir until evenly distributed. Cook another minute. Dress with sesame oil, and stir in green onions. Remove from heat and serve.
